Your previous experience within operational procurement or accounts payable will help you succeed.Your strong communication skills will enable you to interact with a multitude of organizational levels, typically from individual contributors to directors.Your analytical skills will be key to assist your stakeholders and continuously improve existing processes.**Responsibilities**:- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Daily contact with external and internal stakeholders for support related with the PTP process.- PTP KPI analysis control.- Support Quality audits and process in Front office department.- Develop a good relationship with the markets, and provide corresponding updates and follow ups during the monthly meetings (Market Reviews)- Identify process improvement areas and drive efficiencies (Quality products)- Run and analyze PTP and procurement reports as needed.- Attend corporate and BES trainings.- Support with process controls, internal and external audit.- Work on PTP migration tasks when required.- Create and update documentation of internal processes (SOPS,Jobaids,etc)Skills and Experience- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY- Previous AP and/or procurement experience- Ability to prioritize daily work- Good communication skills (written and verbally)- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player.- Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile.- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Strong customer service- Highly structured on the daily work/ time management.- Ability to support stakeholders with technical questions- Good understanding of internal controls and ways of working.PERSONAL QUALITIES - SHARE OUR FOUNDER'S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English.- Ability to present and interact with more senior levels in the organizationOur cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
