Job Title: Remote Gate Clerk (Secure Parking)Job Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Gate Clerk for our secure parking facility. As the primary point of contact for drivers and personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles while maintaining compliance with security and safety protocols. Your role will involve customer inquiry handling, data verification, gate access authorization, document review and entry, system proficiency, data security, and collaboration with various departments.**Note: This position requires a rotating schedule with rotating days off.**Key Responsibilities:- Customer Inquiry Handling and Communication:- Respond to customer queries and concerns regarding gate access and entry procedures.- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and other personnel to facilitate the smooth flow of vehicles and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.- Data Verification and Data Accuracy Audits:- Ensure accurate and timely entry of relevant information into the system.- Cross-check data for completeness and correctness.- Conduct periodic audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.- Gate Access Authorization:- Grant or deny access to authorized personnel based on established criteria and protocols.- Document Review and Entry, Record Keeping:- Process paperwork related to gate transactions.- Update records with meticulous attention to detail.- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, including relevant details such as date, time, vehicle information, and driver details.- System Proficiency, Data Standardization, and Data Validation:- Demonstrate expertise in using data entry software, databases, and other relevant tools.- Implement and maintain standards for data entry, considering the specific needs and categorization requirements.- Verify and validate data, identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies.- Data Security:- Adhere to and enforce data security and privacy policies, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.- Data Analysis and Collaboration:- Work closely with other departments to understand data requirements and ensure seamless integration of data in the context of secure parking.- Inspection:- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.- Emergency Response and Troubleshooting:- Be prepared to respond to emergencies or security breaches, including notifying relevant authorities and following established protocols.- Identify and resolve issues related to data entry and gate operations, collaborating with IT or relevant departments as needed.Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.- Language Proficiency: B2+ or higher English proficiency.- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced multitasking environment.- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and data entry tools.- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.- Internet Speed: Minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps or higher (wired connection).**Note: This position requires a rotating schedule with rotating days off.**To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
