This position reprts to the Sr. Director, Identity Access Management and can be based remotely within Costa Rica or in Smartsheet's corporate offices in San José.You Will:Contribute to the formulation of the overarching identity access management technical strategy, including design, standards, and proceduresPartner with both internal and external resources to efficiently conduct and comprehensively document user access reviews, encompassing user accounts, service accounts, and password parametersEnsure the punctual delivery of review results to auditors for rigorous testing, demonstrating commitment to regulatory and security compliance.Aggregate and present pivotal Identity and Access Management (IAM) Metrics, offering a clear view of ongoing efforts and showcasing the progress madeCreate code for querying both the front-end and back-end of a wide range of systemsServe as a subject matter expert and act as a coach and mentor to colleagues within the organization, guiding them in the adoption of best practices in identity and access managementDrive a culture of continuous process improvement, with a particular focus on optimizing identity and access management systems and related processes.Collaborate closely with IT and other business teams to enhance provisioning and access management processes, promoting operational efficiency and security.You Have:Associate's or Bachelor's degree with specialization in an information technology field or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or certification preferred. 5+ years experience as an information technology/compliance analystExperience and understanding of identity and access management and correlating concepts, such as Role-based Access Control, user directories, Single Sign-On, privileged access management, and multifactor authentication (MFA). Experience developing risk assessments across various systemsExceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills. Extremely versed in application programming interface (API) concepts and methods Strong working knowledge of multiple frameworks.
