Job Name: Business Systems Analyst IV (25590) Job Type: Contract Country: Costa Rica City: Heredia State: FL Languages: URL: Summary: As an SAP System Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the enablement of the SAP Fieldglass/Ariba integration solution globally. You will be working closely with the business team to understand their needs and with cross-functional IT teams to design/develop/deploy the SAP Fieldglass/Ariba integration solution globally to meet those needs. Your deep knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable processes combined with innovative thinking and passion for continuous improvement, will help the team achieve the yearly goals.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Advise on SAP AP (Accounts Payable) functionality and industry best practices, with focus on invoice integration at the ERP side from SAP Fieldglass/Ariba.• Provide technical integration knowledge, configuration, and integration execution.• Translate customer requirements and business process to configuration decisions.• Support testing activities and assist with issue resolution during testing.• Design End-to-End test plan based on products expectation to ensure solution is thoroughly tested in the most optimized way and analyze testing results for confirmation of completeness and accuracy.• Work with IT Production Support team on incident resolution, acting as Level 3 subject matter experts and leading problem cases' root cause analysis and resolution.• Ensure the quality of deliverables through efficient testing approaches and leverage automation tools where appropriate.• Identify needs by interacting with the business community, suppliers, and by keeping current on industry trends and best practices.• Ensure backlog queue is well defined, prioritized based on business value and ROI, socialized, communicated, and recorded.• Work with business subject matter experts to ensure functional requirements are complete, translated into technical requirements and the user stories are ready for development.• Perform system configuration and work with developers to build, test and deploy the user stories.• Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies.• Work with business users to define acceptance tests for features and conduct the testing.• Collaborate with architects to understand and manage dependencies with upstream/downstream systems.• Activities may also include documenting decisions, adhering to standards, interface with external suppliers and internal business groups. Qualifications You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Computing or related field.• 5+ years of experience as a lead systems analyst focusing on delivering supplier's invoice to payment capabilities on the SAP ECC platform in a global environment.• 5+ Years of technical experience in SAP ECC for MM (Material Management) for logistics invoice verification process and/or SAP FI (Finance) for supplier invoice payment process modules.• 5+ years of experience in design, configuration, customization, and implementation of AP (Accounts Payables) solutions in SAP ECC, with specific domain expertise on supplier invoice and payments processing.• Language: Full professional proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications:• Technical experience in supplier invoice management solutions (e.g. Readsoft, Opentext) and banking interfaces (e.g. Host to Host connections, Swift).• Technical and functional experience in SAP Ariba Cloud Solutions (Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Business Network, Ariba Sourcing).• SAP Certification in related areas: SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP Ariba or SAP Fieldglass.• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., RevTrac, CHARM).• Knowledge or experience with SAP Fieldglass tool and its integration with Ariba for purchase request, purchase order and invoicing management is a plus.• Technical experience in SAP S/4HANA.• SAP ABAP with expertise on SAP ECC, MM, Procurement, AP Invoicing, and interfaces is a plus.• Good understanding of e-Invoicing platforms and integrations with SAP is a plus.• Working experience on Agile Methodologies (like SAFe) for Software Development is a plus.
