Be Bayer TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES In charge of 2nd level of process escalation for associates and 1st for sr associates and expert. Be an interface for the IT global team to coordinate agreed enhancements. Collaborate with BI to enhance reports and create new ones. Ensure the quality of data delivery, managing sensitive information. Be a link for other S2P areas, ensuring proper operations management. Monitoring the team in various tasks. Prepare and conduct training sessions. Manage communication with Country Manager and Global Process Owners. Ensure completion of monthly ops reports for countries in scope. Documenting and monitoring open topics or issues until closure. Attend collaboration meetings and ensure issues are discussed during calls and process updates are cascaded to the team. Lead projects and continuous improvement activities across GBS. Ensure update of SD updates and validity in my Doc. Timely and accurate processing of activities related to transfers of value in line with the US transparency code, including data maintenance, data correctness, and data completeness. Performing quality-control and reporting activities. Managing communication with Local Disclosure Manager and Global Process Owners. Handling issues and queries from internal stakeholders. Contributing to continuous improvement. Preparing and conducting training sessions. Participating in project activities. Actively supporting the Team Leader and the team in process-related tasks. Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. WHO YOU ARE Graduate or advanced student of any business-related major, with a background in Accounting being an advantage. 2 years of experience in related positions. Advanced English Level (written and oral). Strong Source to Pay knowledge. Event & Disclosure Management knowledge is a plus. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Proficient on Power BI, Knime, and Power BI being an advantage. Knowledge in operating SAP applications. 7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues, and management. Has an eye for innovation and process improvement. Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments. Flexible and a team player. Good work attitude, dedication, and accuracy. Availability to travel, if necessary. Knowledge of tools: SSF, YourDocs. Experience with Crystal Data Collector is plus.
