This may include inbound/outbound calls.**Key Responsibilities**- Manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls, chat and text- **Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication**- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using given/supplied methods/tools- Meet regular call handling quotas **Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits**:- Keep detailed records of customer interactions- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies- Schedule may require nights and weekend availability**Qualifications**- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Ability to type at least 35 WPM- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively- Previous customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative preferred- Strong English is mandatory; accent neutral preferred**Salary**- Starting at $6.00 per hour plus the ability to earn up to $200+ per month bonus**Available schedules/Shifts****- **Various shifts/schedules available**Employment Type**Full-time**Salary**: From $6.00 per hour**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- On-the-job training- Work from homeExperience level:- 3 yearsShift:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Morning shift- Rotating shiftWeekly day range:- Monday to FridayWork setting:- RemoteWork Location: Remote**Salary**: From ¢3,200.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- Alajuela, Provincia de Alajuela: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Deadline: 17/05/2023
