Be Bayer.****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conceptualize, write, edit, and proofread direct-to-consumer content, inclusive of product pages, landing pages, performance media ad units.- Deliver copy on time and in accordance with business needs. Address any copy changes quickly and efficiently.- Partner closely with Strategist and Visual designers on all creative briefs, attend daily calendar team meetings, and help conceptualize new marketing campaigns.- Strengthen and reinforce the brand voice at every touchpoint, work closely with Digital Shelf team on refining as needed.- Maintain meticulous Q&A process checking for spelling, grammar, pricing, and other inconsistencies.- Be well-versed in new ecommerce health brands trends and competitor launches, as well as copy with pride the best practices.- Follow-up on process issues for different roles in the VDS operation.- Communicate effectively to stakeholders and management on process concerns (e.g. KPI, process issues and improvements).- Establish and maintain a relationship with the Global Team to partner closely on new initiatives and align with SCR specifications.- Oversee training of new VDS team members to ensure consistency.- Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.- Prepare, conduct, and supervise internal trainings (process and tools related) in form of 1:1 work shadowing or group trainings.- Organize and participate in problem solving groups.- Ensure 100% compliance topolicy of the team.- Ensure regular collaboration and alignment with all the other VDS team members.- Monitor and define priorities for daily tasks within the team.
