Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingExperian is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our growing Call Center in Costa Rica. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, can interpret and analyze consumers' written or verbal grievances or disputes, and has strong computer skills. An ideal candidate will be resourceful and have the ability to learn quickly our standard operational procedures. Additionally, you will:Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; and advocate for solutions that will provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information. Help members understand the value in their memberships, what benefits they have and how to use them. Effectively handle escalated customer issues in a professional and timely fashion. Receive customer requests for assistance, identifies support needed, and?provides assistance?or forwards request to appropriate functional area for handling. Ability to adapt to changes in products. Ability to understand standard operational procedures for all new partners being onboarded.QualificationsHow your background looks likeQualifications6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (Required) High School Diploma (Required) Excellent English written and oral communications skills (Required) Able to keep consistent performance on a highly occupied environment (80% Occupancy) Detail oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Advanced organizational skills Analytical thinking Strong problem-solving skills Strong PC/internet skill's Exceptional ability to make fast and accurate decisions.
