Around 9,000 associates at 27 locations support national and international customers in more than 35 languages, primarily from the automotive, travel and transportation, and logistics sectors as well as information and communication technology. _**Job Description**:**General Job Responsibilities**- Manage SAP Marketing Cloud user information, identifying and mapping relevant user attributes such as contact information, purchase history, and behavioral data- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing efforts- Manage and administer SAP Marketing cloud system, including troubleshooting technical issues and training team members on best practices**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Computer Science fields- Skills/technical degree in marketing/digital is a plus- Analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies- 1-3 years experience in managing marketing CRM systems and administration (SAP/Hybris)- Understanding of user segmentation strategy to influence user behavior and lifetime value- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to inform and align with business stakeholders- English proficiency (90%)Additional Information
