Customer Service Back Office English

We are looking for call center agents with an 85 language proficiency, who can provide Customer Service by phone and chat with one of our most important clients in Cartago, Zona Franca Z.

Back Office Functions

Giving costumer support by email and chat
Guiding clients through booking processes and payment of trip plans
Escalating special cases accordingly
Being customersatisfaction oriented
Registering all cases in the system
Documenting all cases

Requirements

Advanced English
CustomerService Oriented
Willing to work in Cartago
Fast learner
Research skills
Experience in customer service
At least 1 year of call center experience
