Here, you will make an impact by:- Working closely with key providers and cross functional team to establish treatment protocols and guidelines for custom dental products.- Provide support to the team, to ensure excellent customer experience and optimal clinical outcomes.- Provide support to the Training Team:o Review and provide input on training material and documentation to assure clinical accuracy and relevance.- Develop training material upon request.- Participate in training when requested.- Identify and propose a solution for training or skill deficiencies.- Work closely with Team Leaders, Quality Team, and SW Developers to help solve any clinical doubts that the technicians or customers may have.- Participate in special projects when requested.- Propose ideas for procedures, protocols, and processes to improve our service and customer satisfaction.To set you up for success in this role from day one, it requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- 3+ years of design experience using 3Shape software (Dental CAD Design).
