Will be responsible of resolving problems and provide recommendations for improving disputes resolution process. This role will work to optimize the processes involved with collections. This person will act as a central point for de-escalation of issues within the invoice to cash work stream. setting a strong tone within the organization. Responsible of supporting the team on resolution highly complex A/R disputes portfolio management activities to ensure proper disputes resolution, the prompt and effective escalation of unsolved outstanding disputes, and any other processes required to ensure an appropiate maintaince of the assigned disputes portfolio.
