He / She will have the following key responsibilities:- Implement and reinforce strong adherence to the standard operational, risk and control processes as it relates to Full Suite-Genesis Operating Model;- Perform daily trend analysis of Operational Matching exception reports- Review Operational Matching exceptions (SGL orphans) and investigate root cause of new exceptions- Identify both tactical and strategic remediation to resolve Operational Matching exceptions (SGL orphans)- Execute tactical data remediation of data quality issues in Full Suite in adherence to existing governance and controls framework- Identify appropriate strategic remediation of data quality issues- Escalate timely to appropriate resolver groups, e.g. technology teams, if data investigation requires expertise outside of the team, and follow through accordingly**Qualifications**- 3 + years of relevant work experience around data management, data quality, financial or regulatory reporting, or product control in large financial services, consulting, shared services' operations related or similar industry;- Agile leadership or ability to adopt different leadership styles as called for by the situation;- Solid analytical skills, combined with an ability to deliver analyses in a concise and logical manner;- Logical and analytical data tracing/mining experience is a plus;- Knowledge of research methods, relational database or data relation discipline problem solving is preferred;- Intermediate to advance working knowledge and experience on MS Suite Applications especially around MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access;- SQL knowledge is highly preferred;- Knowledge of bank product/s (Deposits, Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.) is preferred;- Subject matter expertise on product knowledge and reporting requirements for Loans, Trade Products, and/or Derivatives is highly preferred;- Knowledge of Citi's financial and regulatory reporting processes, finance and risk systems including GENESIS, Full Suite, Product Processors, General Ledgers, Reporting Ledgers is preferred;- Knowledge of similar Quality Assurance / Citi Lean / Process Improvement practices (as applied to data quality operations);- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving (error detection, root cause analysis, error correction), conceptual, analytical and decision making skills;- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - must be able to present and influence across organization level and functions;- Good project / time management and organizational skills; good attention to details;- Self-starter, proactive, quick learner, customer-focused with ability to independently manage work and drive multiple deliverables concurrently in a fast paced changing environment;- High caliber team player with good judgment, flexibility and productivity with good track record in establishing partnership and team work;- **Job Family Group**:Finance- **Job Family**:Data Management- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
