This is an individual contributor position that will own the site financials and will play a key role delivering financial and operational analyses, surfacing opportunities to reduce cost and innovate, manage projects, and help take the site and the Finance Team to the next level.Job responsabilities include:- Building new/improving existing accounting processes to ensure data integrity and efficient analysis.- Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts (including Kaizen/LEAN reduction efforts).- Providing analytical support for staffing optimization initiatives.- Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analysis.- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives.- Developing monthly/quarterly financial reporting (actual and forecast) and annual budgeting.- Provide fact-based insights into variances and trends.- Educating, communicating, and partnering with local leadership.- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with internal customers.- Demonstrated work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.- Financial analysis and financial modeling.- Convince management of right decisions based on proven analysis and clear communications.- Work with functional leaders and other finance functions to build scalable financial processes and metrics.Prior applying, please consider the following information about the role:- This is not a virtual position.
