Human Resources Manager (Batangas)

Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible to oversee HRM Section:a. Manpower planning and end-to-end recruitmentb. CompBen administrationc. Employee relations (events organization through committee)d. OD, especially performance evaluation and personnel movements2. Manage team of 3 regular employees (2 SPV and 1 staff) + 2 subcon employees3.
