This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".This position is responsible for scheduling the return of the 3M KCI rental products and completion of the Welcome Calls.Job description:As a Bilingual Inbound Analyst, you will Handle Inbound inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Upselling, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support, Customer Service Analytics. You will interact with individuals such as patients, family members, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing our customers experience with their healthcare needs.Workstream description:You'll be part of the Inbound team. In this team, we are responsible for handling incoming calls from customers to assist them open orders and other tasks.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Bilingual Inbound Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
