Student Worker - Business Process And Risk Analyst

**Job Description** This position roles and responsibilities includes**:- Understanding source to pay processes across different Intel business units, translating it to process maps, for this, person should be responsible of meeting with different business units personnel and interact with asking questions that should be translated into process and system steps.- Person should be responsible to document process and systems roles and responsibilities.- Person should be able to drive a risk assessment analysis to all documented processes and come out with specific process improvements and/or recommendations and highlighting risks within the process.- Able to meet with different geography persons to inquiry specific questions, understand and map business process steps, system connections and identify business or financial risks.- Detail orientation and critical analytical thinking skills.- Organized and structured person- Able to work in a highly ambiguous environment, with different stakeholders- Fluent communication experience showed in university projects or work related experience.**Qualifications**Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Must be an active student of Licenciatura degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Information Technology or related field.- 3+ months of project management experience through university projects or work related experience.- B2+ English level.- Must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Visio- Lean Six Sigma- Risk Management (COSO), Risk Assessment Knowledge**Inside this Business Group**As members of the Finance team, employees act as full partners in making and supporting business decisions that are aimed at maximizing shareholder value.
