:UNDEFINED::/UNDEFINED:The Internal Control Junior Analyst is responsible to contribute with the team to perform the review of controls and process documentation to ensure a robust internal control framework in compliance with the MSD policies and procedures across the Business Support Center stream works, ensuring the correct execution and documentation of controls in order to present reasonable Financial statements and assurance over all controls structure in BSC Americas
Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide support and jointly work with the team to prepare and present the Control Self:Assessment (CSA). Evaluate BSC control execution based on tests/documentation review. Follow:up on potential issues identified. If needed, present in preliminary meeting discussing the results of testing.

Collaborate with the team with the Internal and External audit support for MSD markets, follow up open items and data necessary to complete the Audit and maintain the control of the documents provided to PwC and MCAAS.

Provide support and jointly work with the team to attend the internal and external audits reviews in BSC Americas
:
Active collaboration with the team to support systems implementations, process improvement and new initiatives to make sure comply with the Corporate Internal Controls.

Provide support during migration process in different activities required by the team

Collaborate in the review of documentation (Work Instructions:WI) related to process and operations under BSC Americas responsibility. Reviewing WIs, as assigned by country/cycle. Assist in creation of a WI template for use by BSC in updating/creating WI going forward

Collaborate and provide assistance to Internal control team in training and activities with BSC areas in order to reinforce the controls and their execution ensuring the best practices in the operation.
