Assist Global Demand marketing team with planning and completion of projects.- Take direction and accountability in execution of work and tasks assigned and is detailed in execution and follow-up.- To keep self-direction while keeping chain of command and stakeholders informed.- Send class invitations and follow up on any invite not received.- Provide registration information required by stakeholders, including vendors, and follow up on any changes needed.- Daily reporting of class registration advancement.- Track registrations and crosscheck with different data sources?**Qualifications**- Marketing professional with minimum 2-3 years of experience on Technology Industry- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs usage (Outlook and the ability to do scheduling in Calendar, Excel, WORD. Powerpoint).- Zoom proficiency- Strong eye to detail & Follow up
