**ABOUT THE ROLE**- Organise and ensure the correct logistic of tours including tour guides assignation and transportation.- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Teams- Flexible working hours / weekly schedule including working during weekends.- Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive all the guests' requests.- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.**ABOUT YOU**- An experienced individual in tourism.
