**Introduction****Your Role and Responsibilities**The IBM Cloud Cross-Portfolio team is seeking a talented Product Manager to work with our team to manage and guide programs and initiatives that span the Cloud division and reach across the company. The Cross-portfolio team in Cloud works at the intersection of major initiatives and programs that impact the division and the larger company. Contributing team members on the cross-portfolio need to be adept at utilizing leadership skills combined with knowledge of the business, the customers, the market, and the entire portfolio to deliver success for complicated projects and initiatives that contribute to the mission of IBM Cloud.You will be responsible to facilitate communications, prioritization, and governance execution for the product management leadership team. You will act as an influencer in the outcomes for the IBM Cloud business. You will be expected to have or grow knowledge of the end-end business of IBM Cloud and able to translate complex business issues into manageable action plans across a diverse set of people.Responsibilities of the individual will include:- Managing the central system of record for Cloud deliverables and roadmaps (Aha) in coordination with the cross-portfolio team leads- Coordinate successful triage of requests for enhancements (RFEs) with Cloud product managers- Facilitate communications and problem solving across a diverse set of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment- Facilitates cross-discipline prioritization and collaboration with peer product managers to lead decisions and activities across divisions and/or with external stakeholders- Be accountable for key business metrics and performance indicators to demonstrate and track deliveries**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- 6+ years overall experience, 3+ years' experience in product management- Project or program management experience- Strong business and data analysis skills related to the public and private cloud- Knowledge of end-end business processes with focus on product management discipline- Understanding of cloud platforms, cloud buyer journey and cloud technology models- Ability to organize and communicate, ability to understand customer needs- Enthusiasm for solving problems, finding commonalities and delivering success**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**- Experience in one or more of the following: Cloud infrastructure, software as a service, big data, security and privacy, development and operations, or artificial intelligence/machine learning- Experience in relationship management with clients or business partners- Understanding or experience with Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking- Experience defining or delivering against enterprise requirements for large enterprises in key industries like Banking and Financial, Insurance, Government, Telco, Retail, and Healthcare**About Business Unit**Digitization is accelerating the ongoing evolution of business, and clouds - public, private, and hybrid - enable companies to extend their existing infrastructure and integrate across systems.
