All employees are encouraged to always take new approaches to problem-solving so that no two days are the same.**Who you are!****Your responsibilities will include**:- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the entire viaPeople product suite and configuration options- Work closely with the viaPeople technology team as part of the manual testing process to ensure the products are configured and customized in accordance with the project requirements and documentation- Develop and execute detailed project plans- Clearly and accurately documenting bugs or issues with the internal ticketing system- Perform regression testing to ensure fluid performance throughout the process**Your qualifications include**:- Prior experience in Quality Assurance or similar role- Experience in QA methodology and regression testing- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for working in a team environment- Highly organized and process-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail, who takes initiative to solve problems independently- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions**Optional, but helpful**- Excel proficiency- Basic Microsoft SQL
