The Quality Control Technician I has to perform routine checks, testing, gauging and instruments inspections of materials, good in process, and finished goods.Essential Functions & Accountabilities:Perform visual and functional inspection at all family of products.Performs assigned routine inspections of materials, goods in process, or finished goods where results are compared with Company Quality Standards.Performs detailed inspection when necessary to determine quality of product.Inspects all incoming packaging components and finish good devices and completes the corresponding inspection records with accuracy and good documentation practices.Verifies received quantities, item key numbers, lot numbers (if applicable), material name, container contents, of all incoming materials by cross-referencing to applicable documents.Performs inspections, sampling and testing of all incoming raw materials and finish goods.Verifies receipt of Certificates Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets on all lots of incoming raw materials.Performs inspections of incoming packaging materials per Standard procedures as required.Performs and support inspection training of other quality inspectors.Support product investigations by accurate inspection of faulty devices or components.Support as a lead quality role inside the production rooms as applicable.Support quality system activities related to other areas as required.Performs other duties as assigned needed as required by management/ designated supervisor.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Familiar with geometric dimension & tolerance(GD&T) procedures and requirements.Attention to detail.Knowledge of MS Office.Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection techniques.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate English level.Experience with measuring devicessuch as meter, gauges, calipersand other measuring instruments.Experience:3+ years of work experience as Quality Inspector role.Experience and knowledge working in a regulated environment(ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820 and or other regulations)Education:High school diploma or equivalent qualification.Quality Technician Degree.
