Project Manager:- Lead and contribute to the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project in alignment with the different functional parties, such as GxP, legal, procurement, finance, etc.- Lead, manage, communicate and report to internal and external stakeholders in the project the status of the projects in alignment with Regional Supply Chain Management, Head Quarter, Center of Expertise and CFA team creating a conneted community.- Lead the project discussion on the design phase, understanding the particularities of each region and seeking proactive solutions prior to the start of the transition.- Looking for continuous improvement of processes.- Manage and support in meeting client expectations, providing a committed project plan and respecting deliverable dates ensuring adequate project documentation that is sustainable over time.- Evaluate and escalate risks and find appropriate mitigation actions. Manage risks and issues resolution in a proactive manner.- Coordination with other projects and interactions with different counter parts.- Flexibility to adapt to different type of projects and challenge the status quo.- Document, align and report the projects and the progress with the different cross-funtional teams.2. Key User Role:- Oversee, monitor and ensure the quality of master data, transactional data and system interfaces.- Act as first contact for End Users (Forecast Managers and Supply Managers).- Responsible of onboarding and trainign of existing users.- Be RSCM HQ contact for identified system improvements.- Ensure APO, P2R, N8P, P4S system access for RSCM Hub SCR and integration of the new OMP system for forecasting and planning.- Basics Key User Role (access) as well as a back up of Local Change Management and Lifecycle Change Management activities.- Provide support in material master data process (material master data extension and deletions).3. SDCL Reporting and Analytics:- Responsible for timely and accurate support of SC&L data.one reports and activities.- Provide support to all SC&L user community worldwide regarding reporting products and main tools, explaining their main functionalties and KPIs.- Assure deviations are identified, explainded and solved.- Contribute to process improvement for assigned activities.- Promotes proper communication with corresponding stakeholders.- Document properly the different activities and processes.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar.- Experience of more than 5 years in supply chain and project management/ Consultancy environment. (Hands on and pharma experience a plus).- High English communication skills both spoken and written; multiple languages an advantage- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel user (experience in Analysis for Office environment - queries handling & improvements).- Highly customer and result oriented.- Strong SAP knowledge particularly in SAP ECC and APO- Digital mindset and knowledge in emerging digital technologies (e.g. RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT etc.)- Good analytical and communication skills, proactive, with initiative and presistence for follow-up, familiarity in planning different SCM scenarios (Make to order, make to stock)- Highly motivated, flexible, structured handle stressful, ambiguous and able to manage complexity situations.- Strong in trouble shooting, problem solving and high degree of proactivity, connecting the dots of the overall processes.- Strong team player- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.- Organized and structured.- Leadership and coordination capabilities.- Very good analytical, conceptual and strategic skills.
