Sales/Marketing Manager - Hotel Industry

**Position overview**We are located 25 minutes outside of Jaco in the beautiful calm beach of Esterillos, please see our website below:**Responsibilities**- You will be calling back potential guests, answering their questions, and then selling them packages which include accommodation, food, transfers, etc.- All calls would be made through Skype (the company would cover the cost of costs). Most of the callbacks you would be making would be to past guests, or potential guests who've directly requested a callback).- Most of the leads you will be calling will be based in Costa Rica, although some may be overseas in places like the USA.**Additional tasks may include**:- Sending out marketing materials to past guests, to get them to come back.- Preparing offers / presentations using our Keynote / PowerPoint slide templates, to attract group bookings such as weddings / business conferences- Finding new joint venture partners for the hotel (such as travel agencies), arranging a site visit, and putting in place the joint venture deal**Requisites**- Must be enthusiastic and driven in sales, enjoy collaborating with people and not be afraid to make calls.- Digital marketing experience managing social media is a plus but not a requisite.- Ability to live on site at the hotel. The first 30 days will be remote then if both parties agree, the role will move on-site. This is crucial to understanding more about the product that you are selling. The accommodation will be included in the package, and you can purchase food at a discounted rate of 50%.- Having your own vehicle is a huge plus since the hotel is not in a central area.**Salary**: ¢540,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jacó, Provincia de Puntarenas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
