Job Description ResponsibilitiesStrong partnerships with the various Re:Sources operating departments in order to accomplish the policies of Publicis Groupe.Develop, and implement cost saving opportunities within all categories of spending for Publicis Groupe's holdings with the region.Maintain strong effective relationships and partnerships with all of the preferred vendors, streamlining processes to better align against client needs/requirements, implementing best practice programs, and ensuring consistent cost management.Strategic direction for the implementation of global vendor programs across the region, assuring maximum usage of consolidated purchasing programs and minimizing out of policy spending.Procurement related programs in support of both Global and regional related to procurement, contract and vendor management, integrations support for Publicis acquired Brands, and large scale projects.Extensive program work including RFP management, contract development and negotiations, and vendor management.Large projects and delegate tasks effectively to ensure business requirements and commitments are met.Ensure compliance with local and Publicis reporting requirements.Document and report monthly against all high level program/project work for senior management.Coordinate, plan, lead and analyze the direct implementation of strategy business and/or operational plans, projects and systems.Advise the organization in implementing management tools and process efficiency.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described above; or additional tasks and responsibilities as required.Internal InteractionsPersonnel of all areas of the company, including Managers, Supervisors, employees and upper management.External InteractionsThe touch base contacts are suppliers, agencies, governmental entities and other Publicis Groupe employees.AuditorsSSC GroupsResources peers and Publicis Groupe Headquarters.Academic and Training RequirementsFormal EducationLicenciatura degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Public Accounting or related major. MBA is a plusWork ExperienceAt least 5-7 years in similar positions, in multinational organizations and experience in Shared Service Centers.
