**Job Description**:**How you will contribute****Job-specific requirements**:- High school graduate is required, University degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or realted desired- 4+ years of experience sourcing and/or recruiting- Act as a search expert for multiple functional areas- Participate in recruitment strategy/intake meetings to understand hiring needs, position specs, and search requirements- Participate in hiring planning to identify holistic sourcing strategies by function/job type- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information, such as labor market availability and sourcing technologies that facilitate an effective search process according to assigned timelines.- Proactively investigate new ideas for creating innovative sourcing strategies.- Research and develop strategies around the competitive landscape influencing available talent- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.- Ability to request and analyze data and make recommendations to manager or team based on analysis.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.- Experience partnering with cross-functional partners to execute sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal**No Relocation support available**:**Business Unit Summary**:**WACAM is Mondelez International's Latin America presence with 1,700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
