The Account Specialist is part of a new specialized team, focused on the needs of private doctor offices and small medical facilities. In this exciting position, you will be the single point of contact responsible for the entire order to cash process. The Account Specialist will be responsible for the onboarding of new customers, ensuring timely account setup, confirming valid pricing for invoicing accuracy and managing complaints and returns when needed. As an Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relations with our small business customers and should be committed to providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of our small business segment.For internal candidates only: (B4 level)What will you be doing?Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication, beginning with New Account Set up and Customer Welcome Call. Review account set up for accuracy, billing and shipping information, pricing, shipment tracking, and credit card on file for credit card customer. Accurately enter customer orders, ensure acknowledgement and shipping tracking is provided. Review shipments for delivery delays.Handle customer complaints and returns providing appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure complete resolution. Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams.Quarterly forecast reviews.What will you need to be successful? Education: Required High School Diploma, Desired College EducationEnglish Level C1 (minimum required).Experience: Customer Service experience to include strong phone and email handling skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
