Be Bayer.****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Support and facilitate the execution of Bayer Medical strategy through management of local supply chain improvements projects.- Support PSS efforts from supply chain stand point.- Support planning, buyer and logistics activities cross training, and be the backup for any of the positions.- Support supply chain activities such as planning, procurement, logistics PSS and improvement.- Develop supply chain team in deviations and/or investigation assigned to our areas.- Analyze and improve material variance.- Support supply chain task and controls, for example: cycle counts activities, planning purchasing, or logistics support.- Supply chain budget follow up, and support reporting any positive or negative trend.- Support Management on KPIs follow up/analysis and data readiness.- Perform reports to support management such as weekly reports, head map material variance.- Track and report LHR's release process with a specific KPI, keep the procedures updated performing quarterly audits.**WHO YOU ARE**- University Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.- One year of experience in manufacturing processes and/or supply chain is a plus.- Intermediate English level, both written and spoken.- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.- SAP, Business Warehouse/Analysis for office, numeric skills.- Customer service skills.- Ability to work under pressure, proactive, discretion, oriented to results.- Schedule Flexibility.**Application Period**:- 01/16/2023 - 01/20/2023**Reference Code**:- 784432**Division**:- Pharmaceuticals**Location**:- Costa Rica : Heredia : Heredia**Functional Area**:- Finance & Tax**Work Time**:- Full time**Employment Type**:- Regular**Contact Us****Address****E-Mail**- Heredia, Costa Riva
