**AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR, YOU WILL**:- Support a fast-paced team by coordinating interview scheduling needs for internal and external roles located in the US and Canada. This includes coordinating interviews via phone, video, and on-site. This also includes complex team interviews located at multiple sites in different time zones.- Be a proactive and resourceful problem solver with excellent attention to detail who can work through coordinating conflicting schedules and trade-offs.- Assist HR and TA Partners with the offer process in Oracle Recruit Cloud- Manage the pre-boarding process in Oracle Recruit Cloud- Close out requisitions- Actively participate in process improvement activities**WHO YOU ARE**:You identify and create the processes necessary to get work done.
