This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.- Support the execution of key processes within the transfer pricing function of Baxter's Tax team, responsible for all aspects of transfer pricing, including the annual process, pricing requests, and transfer pricing adjustments- Implement and monitor company Transfer Pricing Policy- Collect and assist with the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and report results- Assists with audits/ provide tax controversy support- Draft and review intercompany agreements and assist with maintaining team Sharepoint site- Assist with tax process improvement projects, which may include software implementation, automation, or workpaper improvements- Assist other Tax workstreams within the department as needed, including but not limited to federal, state & US- international compliance, property tax, tax reporting, and special projects- Effectively partner with Shared Services, Corporate Controller, Legal, and Treasury departments regarding TP adjustments, accounts reconciliation, org. charts, agreements- Strong analytical skills including familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting- Role in Costa Rica to leverage regional shared service center resources in planning and processing transfer pricing adjustments, pricing changes, and automation/process improvement for intercompany transactions**Reasonable Accommodations****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
