**Job Description**:Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs 3M Help you will play a key role providing customer support for the Tier 1 Phone Support Global Service Center team in Costa Rica building a collaborative and innovative culture.The impact you will make in this role- You will handle a variety of corporate support inbound inquiries supporting all 3M Divisions.- Shares 3M new products and services with customers to meet their requirements- Responds to a variety of inbound internal business partner and external customer inquiries, taking action as appropriate:- Provides inquiry resolution and escalation per established processes- Triages inquiries to others for resolution- Documents customer interactions accuratelyYour Skills and Expertise High School Diploma- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience- English B2Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University- Minimum one year combined experience using workforce management systems and/or contact management systems- Strong interpersonal skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Must be able to adapt easily to rapid change and work well independently and with teams- Strong system aptitude and analytical skills- Must be able to develop positive relationships with all internal clients, all levels of 3M leadership as well as 3M customersSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
