Credit Risk Senior Analyst

Our team in Heredia currently has an opening for a Credit Risk Senior Analyst > YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Role purpose:Deliver an efficient credit controlservice in compliance with company policies and procedures.Improve outstanding collection amountsand ensure bad debts are minimized.Key activities &responsibilities:Review credit requests andthoroughly assess new and existing customer credit risk exposure.Review customer orders andresolve credit hold issues.Analyse and assess thefinancial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients.Ensure timely payment ofdebts and involve in provision of doubtful debts.Prepare monthly creditcontrol reports and other relevant reports.Adhere to agreedaccounting principles, service levels, company policies and procedures.Identify repetitive issuesor risks and propose on improvement opportunities for increased efficiency.Required competencies:Strong team player.Familiar with Microsoft Office orequivalent tools.Good verbal and written communicationskills in English (C1 Level).YOUR PROFILE Required experience:2 – 4 years of work experience.Industry or sharedservices experience is an added advantage.Performance indicators(mightbe adjusted): Customer satisfactionCycle time to processNumber of SLA breachesRequired experienceRequired experienceRequired experienceOUR OFFER >
