Talent Acquisition Specialist I

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLEThis position is responsible for the delivery of the activities associated with the recruiting and a variety of TA processes such as sourcing, screening, selection and hiring. Will deliver the activities related to programs such as university relations, external vendors and professional development programs. Drive the success of those projects with TA. Act as a liaison between internal and external parties to achieve desired outcome related to TA.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Complies with the procedures used for the recruiting screening and interviewing of job applicants.- Manages all recruiting activities in workday.- Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- 1 year of related work experience in the recruiting field including but limited to sourcing, screening and selection for entry to junior level positions. Proficiency in MS office.- Intermediate commands of English / Preferred
