About the Role Please notice that this is a ten months temporary role.In this opportunity as a FinancialAnalyst you will: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.Produce job costing information.About YouYou're a fit for this role if your background includes:Advanced English proficiency is required both written and spoken. Candidates will be tested before setting up the first interview.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required, OR equivalent qualification OR significant development after specialized vocational training OR substantial professional development after High School Degree.Previous experience in US & Canada taxes is preferredAt least 5 years of professional accounting experience with multi-national companies.Knowledge of common accounting procedures.Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a competence in presenting in a professional and influential manner.Attention to fine detail and demonstrate high-level of accuracy.Enterprise resource planning ERP software — for example, SAP, Oracle, BEx, BlackLine.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Portuguese preferred but not required.Strong collaboration skills and effective in a team environment; proven ability to effectively transfer knowledge to build team competence.Highly responsive and committed to results with a strong customer orientation.
